Hello dear, I would like to ask- if I were like to make bread pudding but those plain ones with the taste more to milk which are more traditional bread pudding, can I use your Nutella bread pudding recipe without the nutella? Will it be like too plain and dry looking? And what type of bread would be the best? Thanks!
I think it should be just fine, but you can increase the amount of milk if you prefer a more soggy texture. As for the bread type, just your normal bakery loaf would do fine, but baguettes and ciabattas are delish too!
